New F45 Training Studio Brings Innovative Fitness to The Arboretum of South Barrington
(Barrington, IL – November 11, 2025) – The Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) gathered with community and business leaders for a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, November 5, to celebrate the opening of F45 Training at The Arboretum of South Barrington, located at 100 W. Higgins Rd., Ste. M-30 in South Barrington.
F45 Training is a global fitness and lifestyle community that offers a complete wellness solution including high-intensity workouts, nutrition guidance, challenges, and accountability. Designed for every fitness level, the program combines science-backed, technology-led functional group workouts that build lean muscle tissue, improve cardiovascular health, and deliver measurable results. The “F” in F45 stands for functional training, with workouts that focus on everyday movement patterns and total-body strength. Each session is unique, featuring a mix of resistance, cardio, hybrid, and recovery classes to keep members motivated and engaged.
“F45 offers a fun and supportive environment where members can push themselves, stay consistent, and see results,” said owner Vicki Eisenhardt. “We make fitness approachable and effective for everyone, no matter where they are in their journey. I am excited to bring the F45 experience to South Barrington and create a community where people feel encouraged and inspired to reach their goals.”
To introduce the community to its program, F45 Training is offering a 7-day trial for only $45, giving newcomers a chance to experience every workout and connect with the F45 team.
