Ekciting VR Celebrates Grand Opening with Ribbon Cutting in Lake Barrington
(Barrington, IL – June 24, 2025) The Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) gathered with local officials and community members on Monday, June 17 to celebrate the grand opening of Ekciting VR, located at 28039 W. Northpointe Parkway in Lake Barrington. The ribbon cutting marked the launch of a cutting-edge virtual reality center offering immersive entertainment for individuals, families, and groups.
Ekciting VR invites guests to experience a whole new level of gaming through fully immersive virtual environments. The high-powered VR gaming setup supports multiplayer games with up to 12 players, each in their own private booth, while still interacting with friends and competitors in the game.
